Thirty years ago, our founder, Yosie Lebovich, wasn't trying to build a technology company.

He wasn't trying to disrupt an industry. He was simply trying to solve problems.

Actually... a lot of them.

In 1998, while implementing a warehouse management system for a customer, Yosie overheard a warehouse manager venting about a tedious task. Every time they shipped a package, they had to manually retrieve proof of delivery before they could get paid. Hours of work, every day.

Most people heard a complaint; Yosie heard an opportunity.

He built software that automated the process.

That application quickly evolved into track-and-trace software. Then claims management. Then electronic invoicing. Then transportation intelligence. What started as one solution to one customer's frustration became the foundation of what is now Intelligent Audit.

Looking back, it's easy to think the story is about technology.

It isn't.

It's about removing friction. Over and over again.

When customers were buried under boxes of paper invoices, we embraced electronic invoicing before almost anyone else in the industry.

When finance teams struggled with cost allocation and accruals, we built the capabilities they needed.

When a customer challenged us to manage freight at a completely different level of complexity, we built new ways to allocate costs, automate freight payment, and manage global operations.

As transportation networks evolved, so did we.
